Aaron Schubbe brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate to his work with Christie's Sereno, including two years of facilitating 1031 exchanges for investors. A true “people person,” clients have cited Aaron’s congeniality and area knowledge as among the reasons they worked with him comfortably and recommend him highly. Aaron’s focus remains on developing and fostering ongoing relationships with satisfied clients.
Born in the Chicago area, Aaron spent his high school and college years in College Station, Texas (go Aggies!) before moving to the Bay Area in 1999. His passion is for building his business in the Santa Clara County, where he lives. Having volunteered as a middle school football coach and as a basketball coach in San Jose, Aaron deepened his knowledge about area schools. He is also a “foodie” who loves to speak about the Bay Area restaurant scene.
Perhaps a little known fact about Aaron is the greatest reason to work with him, though. He will hear even your quirkiest needs and work hard to meet them and is his own best example of that: in his home, he has, “The Shoe Room” housing his vast collection. With a name like Schubbe (shoe-bee), why not?
